The maceration is then distilled in our Vendome pot still. Aromas and flavors of juniper, sweet ginger, bay, lemon balm, aniseed and angelica with a supple, bright, dry light body and a smooth, relaxed finish that presents notes of orange peel, white flowers, and coriander finish.

Organic. Made from 40% ABV light rum fermented with Turbinado cane sugar and fancy molasses from Lu La Farms in Belle Rose, LA. Our flagship spirit, Antelope Island Rum rested in former-fill Cabernet wine barrels from Hells Canyon Winery in Idaho between 3-4 years. Scents of black tea, dates, and orange peel with a hint of blackstrap molasses. The palate delves deep with black pepper, black olive, and anise. At 90 proof, the heat is tempered with sweeter notes of cedar and tangerine zest.

Premium Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% non-GMO pumpernickel rye. This premium rye whiskey is milled, mashed, fermented and distilled in house and then brought to proof with the most important ingredient —artesian, limestone-filtered water, creating a unique flavor profile crafted from this mineral rich water. Matured for a minimum of 2 years in new oak barrels.
