Domaine de Valensac is a superior Languedoc-Roussillon producer making excellent Vins de Pays d'Oc, and has been in the Lafon family for several generations. Although the family are now based in Brussels, the management of the domaine is in the very capable hands of Edwige Thuille. Located merely ten kilometres from the Mediterranean, the vineyards are greatly influenced by the maritime climate and cool soils - ideal for white wines. Working with limited yields and only picking at perfect ripeness, along with modern handling and wine making techniques, all makes for wines with wonderful aromatics and texture.
