Rimarts started in a garage in 1987. Brothers Ernest and Ricard Martinez worked with their father from the start. Twenty years later at his passing, they set a new course for excellence by forging lasting relationships with local organic farmers and their stellar vines. Their insightful craftsmanship, curated fruit, and patience make for brilliant vintage brut nature cavas that balance punchy vibrance with elegant delicacy.

Farming Practice: Certified Organic

Certified Organic. A blend of Xarello (27%), Macabeu (27%), Parellada (26%), and Chardonnay (20%). The vines are from 15-25-year-old on calcareous clay soils. Everything is done by manually; triage, riddling, disgorgement, and corking. Gran Reserva spends 40 months in bottle. 2000 cases produced
