Certified Organic.  75% Cortese & 25% Arneis from Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino. Fox Hill sits on the Talmage Bench in Mendocino County, a distinct benchland that sits above the Russian River, about 30 miles inland from the Pacific. Grapes were hand harvested and whole cluster foot tred. The Arneis is left on skins for 7 days before pressing to neutral French oak barrique, where it finished fermentation and aged for just over 6 months. Cortese's skin contact was shorter, just 3 days before it was pressed to stainless steel to finish fermentation and develop for 6 months.
